The Mudeford Seafood Festival would not be possible without a little help from our friends…who also happen to be fantastic supporters of the whole Dorset community and are pretty damn good at what they do!

The response across the business community and helping to get the festival off the ground and well supported through their own marketing has been overwhelming and we would like to thank them for all their support….

So, in turn let’s support them back!

Hattingley Valley is a family-owned business located in Hampshire which specialises in making premium English sparkling wines using the traditional method. The Robinsons established Hattingley Valley in 2008 planting the first vineyard with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Currently, we manage over 24 hectares of vines across two well-situated sites.

Our custom-built, eco-friendly winery was completed in 2010 with the first release in August 2013. Our multi-award winning collection is produced by a talented wine making team led by Emma Rice who trained at Plumpton College and has worked overseas in other major wine areas.

Today our sparkling wines are enjoyed locally and as far afield as Sydney, San Francisco and Kazakhstan; we are proud to be locally acclaimed and internationally renowned.

We are Dorset’s first gin distillery, opening our distillery doors in Bournemouth back in April 2015. We believe in genuine craft, quality-focused, innovative spirits. Today you’ll find a team of 8 Conkerers handcrafting our award-winning spirits in tiny batches, without the shortcuts.

We are the real deal – the distillers, bottlers and botanical foragers – handpicking gorse flowers from the clifftops of Bournemouth for our bright & refreshing Dorset Dry Gin. Conker Cold Brew Coffee liqueur is a dedication to the coffee lover – no imitation, simply Grade 1 forest-grown Speciality coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. Our RNLI Navy Strength Gin is distilled in honour of the RNLI.

We raise a glass to the courageous men and women who have worked selflessly over two centuries to end preventable loss of life at sea. For every bottle you enjoy, gift or squirrel away, we give £5 to the RNLI.

We take two things seriously at Ringwood Brewery; our beer and leisure time... Along with creating quality craft beers, we are also relaxation enthusiasts. Our motto is “Visit the Winding Downs” - a place to enjoy some quality time with friends.

Founded in 1978 by Peter Austin, Ringwood was one of the UK’s first Microbreweries, only 100 yards from the site where the brewery first began, a staggering 220 million pints have been brewed in Ringwood and the notoriety of the brand has won followers from all over the world. Ringwood Brewery's first brewhouse was actually in a former bakery called Minty’s Yard. In 1978, it was just Best Bitter and Fortyniner that were brewed for a handful of local customers. By 1979, Old Thumper was launched and in 1980, the winter XXXX Porter came along.

Over the next 6 years, the business continued to grow and in 1986, having outgrown Minty's Yard, the brewery moved to its present site on Christchurch Road. The key principles to the brewery’s success have been to maintain quality and consistency of the beer, to be the beer of choice in the local area and to make sure that their dedicated and loyal customers know how important they are.

Today, Ringwood is able to produce 40,000 barrels of its renowned and distinctive beers; Razorback, Boondoggle, 49er, Circadian IPA and Old Thumper, plus new seasonal beers throughout the year!

The Christchurch Harbour Hotel is the home of The Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant and is set against the backdrop of beautiful harbour views.

Guests can enjoy a selection of fresh, local and seasonal dishes in stunning surroundings overlooking the water.

The Jetty (multi award-winning restaurant), is perched on the water’s edge in the grounds of Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa, The Jetty is all about relaxation, great food, chosen from local producers, and an eclectic selection of wines

Alex Aitken, one of the South’s most renowned and respected chefs, heads up the team, and the food is impeccable. With fresh fish caught and landed daily from Mudeford Quay, seafood including local oysters, lobster and shrimps, taste the region’s finest flavours.

When friends Graham and Anne-Marie discovered the Kamado outdoor oven, they simply had to get their hands on one.

So in awe of this beautiful and versatile charcoal cooking device from the Far East, owning one wasn’t enough so they set up The Kamado OVO and went on a mission - to inspire an outdoor cooking OVOlution! Widely revered in other parts of the world, the Kamado is relatively unknown in the UK and we want to remedy that.

As stunning as it looks, what makes the Kamado so popular is what goes on inside. Its iconic shape and ceramic construction make it incredibly versatile letting you sear, roast, smoke and even bake. OVOs come in a range of sizes and colours to suit any ‘taste’.

These days we love nothing more than working with local chefs and producers who share our passion for fire and flavour. Come and see the OVO in action on the main stage as the professionals demonstrate its capabilities.
